The Weekend Trouser

The inside is brushed, so the first thing you feel is softness rather than fabric. Off-white keeps the whole thing light — nothing about wearing them announces itself. They are for the slowest hours of the week.

• 90% cotton / 10% polyester, brushed fleece, 270 GSM — the brushed face is on the skin side.
• Unisex, straight leg, no ankle cuff. Elastic waist with drawstring, side pockets. Off-White.
• Machine Wash Cold. Tumble Dry Low. Do Not Bleach. Cool Iron If Needed.

From the founder
Same pattern as The Easy Trouser, different cloth. The ten percent polyester is there for one reason: brushed cotton alone flattens after a season of washing, and the softness is the point. Everything else in the line is fully natural. Here I traded ten percent for softness that lasts.

Choosing between the two trousers
Same cut, same price, same size chart. Terry is heavier — 340 GSM, drier and firmer in the hand, in brown, fully cotton. Brushed fleece is lighter at 270 GSM, softer against the skin, in off-white, with 10% polyester so the brushing holds. Choose by touch, not by specification.

Fit
Straight leg, plain waist — the same pattern as The Easy Trouser. The leg is cut to one length across all sizes — the grade is in the waist, thigh and rise. Choose by waist and thigh; taller wearers will find them shorter, and vice versa.
