1. Who we are

This site is operated by Front Desk Helpers CO, doing business as FDH WEAR ("FDH WEAR," "we," "us"), based in New Jersey, United States. FDH WEAR® is a registered trademark, Reg. No. 7,934,267.

We make cotton and jute-cotton clothing in Delhi, India, and ship it from a warehouse in New Jersey. We sell within the United States only.

2. What this site is

A shop with eight pieces in it. There are no accounts to create, no profiles, and nothing for you to upload. You choose a size, you pay, we send it.

3. Buying

Prices are shown in US dollars and include shipping. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no shipping charge, no customs, no duty.

If we've made an error in a price or a description, we'll tell you before charging you, and you can decide whether to go ahead.

We may change prices, but never after you've placed an order.

4. Returns

Thirty days from delivery, on an unworn piece with tags attached. Full terms on the refund policy page, and they govern. Nothing on this page overrides them.

5. What we promise about the clothing

Fiber content and care instructions come from the label sewn into each garment. Fabric weight in grams per square meter is measured in a lab, not estimated. Measurements are taken flat, with a tolerance of about half an inch, because these are sewn goods.

We don't claim anything we can't show you.

6. What belongs to whom

The name FDH WEAR, the logo, the photographs and the text on this site are ours. The clothing becomes yours when you buy it — wear it, photograph it, resell it, cut it up. That's your business, not ours.

7. What we're not responsible for

We stand behind the clothing: if it arrives damaged, wrong, or not as described, tell us and we'll fix it — replacement or refund, your choice.

Beyond the price you paid for a piece, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Links to other sites are theirs, not ours.

8. Which law applies

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Terms in effect when you placed your order are the ones that apply to that order.
