We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. We don't accept returns on final sale items.
To start a return, email us at support@fdhwear.com. We'll send you instructions within 1 business day.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case, we cover it.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 7 business days. You'll receive it to your original payment method.
Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund - your choice.
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your item and place a new order - it's faster.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if not yet shipped. Email support@fdhwear.com.
