how to rest quickly
Five minutes is not enough time to rest by any method that requires setting up. By the time you have found the app, the mat, or the quiet room, the five minutes are gone and you have added a task.
What fits in five minutes is smaller: stopping the inputs you can stop. Screen down. Shoes off. Sleeves pushed up. Sit somewhere your back is supported and let the next thing wait.
None of that is a technique, and none of it works better if you do it correctly.
The physical detail that matters is what stays in contact with you while you do it. A ribbed cuff stays where you pushed it instead of creeping back down your forearm — the kind of small correction you make without noticing, thirty times an hour, that adds up to never quite settling.

282 GSM is 8.3 ounces per square yard — the body of the sweatshirt.
The cuff is not the same fabric. Rib is knitted separately, at its own weight, because a cuff has a different job: the body has to hang, the cuff has to return.
That is why it stays where you push it. A cuff that comes back down is one you keep fixing without noticing.
